HEY!!!

SO good to post!!

So I had my Mom, Dad, and Brother, Chris come down to Charleston this past weekend to take my engagement pictures!

We could have had the photographer do it, but I wanted a more personal touch, and I wanted to do A LOT of ideas, so I thought why not have family participate? (and it saved it us $$$$) We ended up taking 500 pictures!! So LOTS to choose from!!

We plan on taking some more shots (mostly beachy) in MB and we are going to take some good shots in FL for our upcoming family vacation in June!

I will probably be making our guest book sometime in July. Which naturally I will be sure to post!

AHhhh it is already MAY!!! Anyways... I digress!!

SO.... I put some of my favorites in a folder to post in here.. and there is still like 30 in there... HAHA... So here are some of my favorite... FAVORITES!

Yup!! More of the artsy ones with the angles are my brother's pictures! I will let them know that they did an excellent job again!!

The dip was scary! I kept laughing and was afraid DF would drop me!!

HEY Ladies!!!

The DIS boards are running extremely SLOW tonight for me! I wanted to post on everyone's boards... but that might have to wait for another day!!

I just wanted to say that I booked my Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets today!!! So we are good to go for November 18th!!!! YAY!!!

And I get to make my ADR's next Monday!!

6 MONTHS FROM TODAY I WILL BE A MRS.!!!!!!!!!!

I have been working on my table cards this evening, and will post the final product on those when I get some more copy paper to print them on! I am going to start working on the invitations so I will get a mock-up ready and get your girl's input!!

I am slacking in the Mickey head factory... but I will push more on those too! I decided what I wanted to do for the final centerpiece. Mickey head ribbon topiary with a black stick in a silver painted pot- filled with cement and then the top will have white carnations to hide the cement. Make sense? I will get a picture up of that too when I put it together!!

Nothing else really new! Just working on odds and ends!

I still have some STD's to send out because I am waiting on addresses from DF's mom.... (mind you- I sent out all of mine already since April...)

I am going to tweak my dining plan one last time before Monday and I will let you know what I actually got booked!

Yeah 6 months This is so exciting everyone's planning is starting to really get in full swing. Can't wait to see those ADR's We are doing Cindy's at 4:00 pm with the dessert party at 9:00, but from others that I have heard from O'hana is really filing you might have to skip dessert so you can indulge at the party :/ Since it is family style you're going to want to try everything I know that's what I am going to be doing, I am going to go straight gangsta on those noodles and chicken wings I have never been so it might get crazy

Yes, I think Disney is definitely slacking on the dessert party! Originally it was supposed to be a limited time thing, so I think they haven't announced how long it will officially go for. But I asked my travel agent if she thought they would still be doing it in September... and she said she couldn't say 100%, but as long as they are still making money they will do it! So I have a good feeling that they'll put it up eventually. I keep you updated and let you know when they put up the dates for September! I just searched a couple of dates in August and it seems like they still haven't put August up...

I would just try not to eat too much at Ohana's. We have a 5:15 reservation that day at Tony's, and we just plan to skip appetizers and dessert and try not to eat too much!

Can't wait to see what else you come up with for all of your projects! And I know how it is with those STD's, I had the same situation But at least you're getting the waiting out of the way now so you'll have all of the addresses for the actual invitations!
