So, was Uncharted Adventure not offered at all? Is there any new on this?

I heard it *might* be ready by late August. That seems unacceptable, honestly. Hopefully it won't be that long.

I would expect the Enchante dessert experience menu to change often. The Remy dessert experience menu changes all the time. Sadly, no lemon dessert at Enchante!

I will be very disappointed if it’s not available for our mid-August cruise. For the amount we paid for this cruise the more and more disappointed I am feeling.

The stair/elevator situation is confusing at best.

Yes it is. Some of that may be simply because we were still figuring out where everything was. But a particular frustration for us was getting to deck 12 on the aft elevators from deck 10 where our cabin was. There are 8 elevators in the aft of the ship, but only 4 of them go to 12. There were many times when we would press the up button to go to The Rose on 12 only to have an elevator that doesn't go that far. So we would let it go, re-press the elevator button and the same elevator was offered again.

Adult areas are small. I know the MV had an unusual number of adults, but the spaces are seriously small. Keg & Compass, Nightingale’s, and Hyperspace were particularly small.

Got to agree that they are small. We pretty much settled on The Rose for our evening beverages. Lovely place. But not really a lot of room I think it was intended to be just a waiting area for Palo/Enchante.

Overall it is beautiful. Everything is stunning from the carpet to the lights and the decor.

So true! This ship is gorgeous inside and out.

One thing that someone mentioned was that the MV was very "teen and adult heavy" Which would make sense considering the original kids that sailed on the line are adults now.

I'm excited to hear from more trip reports on other voyages to see if the spaces end up truly being too small. Time will tell.

No it was not offered. I spoke with several entertainment cast members( formerly cruise staff/they changed the name) there were technical issues that needed to be worked on…they really didn’t give me a date as to when it would be ready.

Anyone get an email with their final bill from the MV… we did not receive anything? We usually get it the last morning so we didn’t go to guest services since you needed an appointment so we didn’t go.

I've heard about Wishing Star Cafe off the Grand Hall. Any pastry case there? Sometimes for breakfast on the Fantasy it was nice to just get a couple pastries and sit by Quiet Cove rather than brave Cabanas.

This. Very disappointed. We usually sat in Cove Cafe before dinner and had some meat and cheese trays but Cove is very small and the counter won't support offering this. Overall a cruise.

We did… many tried when the booking window opened but few were successful - the site was slammed, and I couldn’t do anything at all with it until 30 minutes later. We kept getting Dory and other error messages. Most folks did not get anything ahead of time with the exception of concierge and a few lucky folks.

Yes. supposedly we were first on the list for Palo but never got the call on the MV, I'm pretty sure concierge took any open spots. If you want it, I'd suggest getting it booked before you get on.

Just off MV, happy to answer questions. We were 2 adults and 2 young adults (20 and 22). Less than 100 kids on the boat and the rest was not to capacity. With our dynamic we didn't do any of the kids clubs though my kids went in Vibe and said it was cool, but smaller (with no pool). I agree here the Quiet Cove was overrun with adults but this was a weird cruise so I think that may settle out over time. That said I did enjoy the area everyday, people will share their sitting area so if you want to be by the bar and pool just wait a few minutes. Food is crazy good! The MDR are so good! The quick service BBQ is ridiculous good and the pizza is great! There is a taco/bowl area that seemed to be a hit because of the line but I didn't try it. 1923 MDR was my favorite but then I'm a little over the shows at dinner.

Agree the layout is confusing since it is a completely different layout but I guess we will learn over time. Things are more in 'pockets' rather that areas. For example no adult district anymore just random bars around places (and yes they all close at midnight except for Bayou which is 1am) I still shake my head that they close down and leave adult money on the table, there were adults everywhere and they still shut it down. Oh well.

Luna is the 'new' Tube so thats where variety shows are. Get there early. Its not a lot of seating.

Lastly, we were one of the familys (400 ppl!) that were going to do a b2b but our son tested postive (as did about 100 other people that were going to do b2b) so a full refund lately we were driving home and missing our DVC 3 night cruise. DCL was completely overwhelmed with how many tested positive they said they have never had that many people test positive. 20 staterooms they had to get luggage from and bring down to people. I was just glad we drove because if you were flying they put you up in the Hyatt for 10 DAYS?!

Most of the character interactions I saw were in the Grand Hall where you board the ship. Still prevalent on Castaway Cay.

They canceled the sailings that were between when the original MV was schuekde and the rescheduled dvc sailing.

same. im definitely gonna seek some sort of compensation if it's not (uncharted).
I've only done one cruise but I've really been thinking more and more that my take aways from this might be 1) dont sail on new ships - if you want inaugural merch hit ebuy; 2) if the triton class ships really are going to be like floating disney hotels and not 'shippy' with these weird elevator layouts then fantasy/dream might be our sweet spot.
