The CM's @ the Wilderness Segway Tour. My wife and I took the tour when it was 1st offered. Brand spanking new. When the tour was over we got a hope you enjoyed it and have a magical day. No pin,name tag, or t-shirt. Well a year later I finally got my pin and a card from the cm's apologizing for how hard and long it took me to get a hold of them.
