Disney Wedding Survey

I just received my after the wedding survey and was wondering if anyone who filled this out had received a call back from Disney? I know some of the problems I experienced are problems other brides have also had, like conflicting information, and I would like to try to keep this from happening to future brides. Does anyone know a good way to have your concerns heard by Disney?

When I filled it out, I specifically asked that I be contacted about my answers, but I haven't heard a thing. I filled it out in July.

I received a survey regarding my planning with the sales manager (before the wedding type thing), and it came and it was wrong. It kept asking me about my Vow Renewal process. I am getting married March 26, so nope no vow renewal. I let them know a couple times it was wrong and it kept coming back wrong, so I am just not going to bother with it.

Hmmm I don't recall I had any major concerns so I never had to be contacted back.

That said it's pretty poor that if you fill out a survey and then they don't follow these things up - it's like well what's the point of the us doing the survey in the first place.

I would suggest anyone with particular concerns take it up direct with Jeff Ralls - who I believe is the head honcho at DFTW and let him know that you've still to be contacted by anyone after completing your survey.
