Disney website outage notification?

I just went on disney.com and I noticed a warning saying that on 2/23 at 3:45 EST they will be updating the site and no bookings will be able to be made on the site as well as member services untill the afternoon on the 23rd. Could that mean that a new promotion will come out on the 23rd as well?

I actually just got an email stating the same thing. It also says there will be an overnight outage on Feb 27....who knows what its for, but let's hope for FD!!

The Hub, Agent Updates, and my scheduled overtime for tomorrow was cancelled for it. Also training for the new accessible room booking procedures.
