The website seems to hate my Macs. I've had so many problems, it's ridiculous.

Here's the latest: I've cleared cookies and the cache, and restarted the computer but I still can't get the sail date pricing to change. I'm trying to look at cruise prices, but when I search the Fantasy for December cruises it will not switch off Dec. 1st! In other words, if I try to hit the December 29th cruise, it still shows the Dec. 1st pricing and cruise. So frustrating. Anyone had this problem?

(I also keep getting recurring gobblygook on my ipad, requiring me to clear cache, etc. and restart all the time . . . ugh--is it really that hard?).

I've had this same problem. If you're using Safari, try accessing it with another browser. Google Chrome works great for me, and it behaves fine for me in Firefox as well.

Can you get Google Chrome or firefox on an ipad? Please excuse my tech ignorance!!!!:badpc:

Neither Chrome nor Firefox support iOS unfortunately. You can get other alternative browsers for the iPad, but I've never tried one.

I haven't tried alternative browsers for my ipad or imac and was really hoping not to have to download something. I was hoping someone would have a trick to making it work with safari and/or how to get those darned prices to change when it sticks.

generaltso23, it usually works for me, too. But I've had recurring issues, including the one like this where I can't get the pricing the different cruise dates that come up to unstick. I'm tempted to call it's so frustrating.

I guess an alternative would be to try to pull up just the one cruise, but I can't figure a way to do that. It automatically pulls up all 4 December cruises--can't get it to pull up just one. (The search feature could send me off on another tangent, LOL.)

I have Mac issues too. I switch back and forth from Safari&Firefox. It's really hit or miss for me when a browser will flake out on this site:confused3 Recently when the Dis was updated it got even worse for me and my Mac.

I don't even bother looking at Disney sites using Safari on my Mac anymore. I sometimes have issues with Firefox, but not all the time.

My son got me started with Chrome. I love it. The best thing is that you can type anything in the address bar and it just knows whether you're trying to access a site or do a Google search or whatever. I've become really spoiled by that. The download is quick and easy. I've used Safari since its inception and never used to have any problem, but as far as I'm concerned it's gone downhill lately.

Chrome works the best on mac. Safari is hit or miss. and I really never use firefox any more.

Not a Mac user but I have problems with the website when I have a blocker running that tries to block out cookies or something. I have to pause my blocker (ghostery) to get the Disney site to switch prices on the tabs for the different categories.

Probably doesn't help you, but if you have any software blocking cookies or anything it might be a problem. Just a thought

DCL web site is just plain bad. Too many bugs and their always changing it. Right now the port adventures are $0.00 - I signed up for two???

Couple of things. I have a Mac and iPad - so - on the Safari tool bar find 'Develop' select 'User Agent' and then select 'default'. I only use safari and have never had a problem - most of the problems are with the site not your computer.

Disney can make Lincoln talk but they have some real issues with making the web site work. pixiedust:pixiedust:

I'm using a macbook pro and not having any problems. Mine is older (fall 2010) and I haven't updated to OSX Lion but I can't imagine why that would affect it. I'm still using Safari.

I can't remember if I've tried to log onto the DCL website on my iPad recently. Are y'all only having problems with iPads or all mac products?
