Disney Website down- Frustrated!!

After months of hard work, saving money and some unexpected budget busters (broken sewer pump, ugh) today was the day we were due to pay our remaining $1900 balance. So after transferring the money to our Disney Rewards Debit card I emailed our TA. She wrote back to tell me that the site is down for upgrades and Disney cannot access any records or take any payments today because they are redoing their entire system.

For the first and only time in my life I am looking forward to paying a bill and they can't take my money!!!

Never mind, I didn't read the fine print on the website. I thought originally, Disney was still going to be able to process reservations over the phone. I think it's supposed to be back up either late tonight or early tomorrow morning. I'm sure a lot of people are in the same situation, hopefully Disney will be understanding.

they are up this morning. phone only, website was still down. I had to make my final payment today and had to do it over the phone. Good luck!

Ugh! My TA annoys me!! I was in training at work today at work and not really able to follow up with my TA about until after business hours and had to leave a message for her. I checked my account and the money is still there so I guess she has not done what she was supposed to do.

I want to pay for my trip! Well, I'd rather be on my way to WDW, but paying my balance would put me one step closer....
