Since about 8:30PM last night, I've been unable to reserve a new park visit day. I get to the "review and confirm" page, and every time I click "confirm" I get the message "Sorry, we are unable to complete the request at this time, please try again."
My party has 4 more available reservations remaining. We are passholders.

I've tried on multiple browsers, on my computer, ipad and cellphone, rebooting, logging out and back in, with exactly the same result.

What day(s)? Today and tomorrow are “good to go” days with no reservations required for APs.

Sorry, I don’t know. All I can suggest is waiting a few hours and try again.

I wonder if this is just happening to me? I was able to make one reservation at about 8:20PM last night, but have unable to make a second reservation since then.

Maybe Disney has decided that passholders will no longer need to make reservations? That would be great!

I just made one for October with no issues. We have the incredi-pass (not yet activated).

Oh, great. I called Disney, and the Cast Member said he didn't know why he couldn't make the reservation, either, so he would escalate it. Then, got an email saying that my expiration date was now June 7th and that I'd have to renew my pass to make the reservation. I checked my account, and my expiration date had, indeed, been magically updated to June 7th. And there's nothing I can about it, apparently, as I couldn't find anything from Disney that has my original renewal date!

Was your AP new or was it a renewal? A new pass is normally activated when first used. Did you visit Disney last June? Disney should be able to tell you date first used.

A renewal pass typically starts when the previous AP expires.

You need to call ticketing. Find what you can in your own records of the original purchase/renewal. Ticketing should be able to look at the AP and see the full history of the one you currently have.

Yes, it was a renewal. I know it was supposed to start when the previous pass expired. According to their website, the expiration date for the pass was July 27th. But, like I said, they reset it to June 7th after I called to ask why I couldn't make a second reservation on July 4th (I'd already made one on July 3rd last night.)

The first castmember I spoke with acknowledge my pass was still valid. Rather than fix the issue, they simply invalidated my pass, apparently. Pretty magical of them.

What was the Expiration date of your previous pass. Was the July 27th date in error?

Call or email ticketing.

I reread previous posts. Your AP was a renewal. Expiration is based on previous pasd, not the date you paid
Correct. And the expiration date was July 27th until this morning, when it was magically changed.
