I have read alot of post about faxing the resort your are staying at before you arrive to make sure you get what you want. Is this so? And will it help. If so send me the fax # for bc and tell me who to address it to, and what I should say. I know there are alot of you who are good at this, so please help out a first timer, very important for DH to have a greatttt timeeee!!! Thanks so much for all your help!
