I don't have much to add, the PP have stated it well.
Bottom line - it's 1% rewards that is my savings plan for our spending money at Disney. However, if you can't pay it off each month in full, the APR doesn't make the 1% in rewards worth it at all.
I also like that you can choose your card design. DH doesn't even care that his card has Tink on it - he's received some interesting comments on it.
In addition to the meet & greet and 10% off the PP mentioned, you also get 10% off a $50 purchase anytime at the
Disney Store (no coupon needed for that), and they often have other Visa member rewards for different items.
Visa members could book
free dining for the fall/winter a few days before it was announced to the general public, they sometimes offer discount tickets to Cirque or Disney Broadway shows, etc.
There are other park perks as well - 20% off tours, 1/2 price stroller at
DisneyLAND (not World). They aren't huge savers, but IMO, every little bit of savings helps.
Again, to re-state the most important part:
if you can't pay it off each month in full, the APR doesn't make the 1% in rewards worth it at all.
