I just figured there was 0% interest but I believe Im wrong
I did pay the entire sum but sent it a few days late
uhoh how much trouble am I in?

Did the card some with "terms of agreement"? I'm sure you can find the information on there. It's probably the same as most other cards. You'll be assessed a late fee and that's pretty much it.

What does the 0% interest have to do with the late payment?

You will get charged a late fee, but that's a pretty heft penalty to pay. Better to get it there on time. And as long as you are within 15-30 days late, it won't be reported to the credit agencies.

If you've had the card for a while, and always made your payments in a timely manner, they will probably be willing to reverse the fee.

Usually if you pay late on a promo interest rate it reverts back to the higher going rate for the entire month...

The "White Rabbit" starts running around in your head say YOUR LATE!!
Then the Queen of Hearts takes your head off!!!

Finance Charges for Late Payment (for the disney card):

If you do not pay at least the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date one time during the introductory period, the introductory period will end and the standard rate for purchases described in the table of interest charges will take effect as of the first day of the billing cycle following your late payment.
If you are late on 2 payments during the first 6 months the rate goes even higher.

Late fee is 14.00, 28.00 or 34.00 depending on the balance.

well I blew that card and I just cancelled my lower paying charge card

I wouldn't worry just yet honestly... I have had my payment posted up to three days later with Bank One (payment made online) and haven't ever gotten a fee or anything. I have found in general (due to lost mail and other mindless actions) that they give a week or two for payment to be posted before they tack on a late fee. You still might be lucky.

Sometimes you can call and they will take the late fee off. I was late once on a card when we moved and I did not receive the bill on time. It was during a hectic time and I wasn't keeping track of everything. Since I had never been late before they took it off.
Also you might be able to reopen your other card.
