Disney Visa Shipboard Credit

We are to receive this incentive from Disney Visa. What can we do in advance to insure we have this so we don't have to "deal with it" when we get to port? Anyone have this experience?

I called DCL a few weeks before our cruise to make sure that all on-board credits were linked to our staterooms. We had a Dreams Unlimited credit, a Disney Visa credit and a DCL credit. They were all exactly what I had expected.
