Nope I don't believe it is. I used it for our vacation last year and it was for a package only . You have until 45 days until trip to pay it on your card. Then you get 6 months from that date.
It must be a package. You will have 6 months from the date you make the deposit to repay the deposit, and then 6 months from the date of any subsequent payments made to repay those payments.
My experience is w/DL not WDW but I was able to get the 0% APR on my room only reservation. I'm a DL AP holder so I didn't need tickets. What I was told was that because the reservation was made directly w/ Disney it was included in the Chase promo.

Yes, I called Chase 3 times and called DW twice to confirm. Here's what I was told:
If you book a hotel/ticket package, you can reserve with just the $200 deposit and get 6 months from that day. Then you have until 45 days before travel time to pay for the remainder of the trip and you get an additional 6 months from that day. If you add a meal plan later, you do get charged interest on just the meal plan since it's not "a package". But you can book a cheaper meal plan first, then upgrade later and if you have Disney 'cancel' your old trip and book you a new one, then you get 6 months from that new date. So there are ways around getting longer to pay off as long as you still need a package.
We tried to do it for room only last year at Disneyland (we already had park hoppers bought though our local grocery store because they were still carrying the ones shipped before the price increase) and we were denied because it was not a package.
Thanks. We've always just done a package, but are looking into possibly doing room only reservations next summer if we can get Y.E.S. tickets. With room only is it you aren't charged the whole reservation until check-in? Isn't it just a one night deposit?
