Disney Visa problems

I have been unable to view my Disney Visa Rewards from the Chase/BankeOne web page. There is no longer a "View my Rewards" menu item in the dropdown. I called and they said that I would have to go to choosemyrewards.com. I went there and was unable to enroll. Called the number on the back of my Visa card and they said that yes there was a problem and that they were not responsible for choosemyrewards.com.

Anyone else have this problem??

I just went and checked mine and I can view them. I click manage rewards in the drop down then go and then view rewards balance when that window is pulled up.

gradtchr is right. In order to see you Rewards Account balance you must click on "Manage Rewards" from the drop down list and then click "Go." That will give you your Rewards balance and any activity to the Rewards dollars.
