Disney visa photo at DL and DCA

I know the Disney Visa photo with characters is back at Epcot. Is it still just magic shots at DL and DCA? If so, what magic shots are there, and do I get the shots to download even if I don't buy genie or photopass?

In DL last week, the Visa card could be used as a Lightning Lane to Darth Vader meet.

Disney Rewards shows a character greeting at DCA near Mike and Sully Rescue. DLR shows a Star Wars photo opportunity which I think is sitting on the Book of Boba throne at Star Wars Launch Bay.

We went to the DCA location on Monday and saw Pluto. We got there about 10:15 and it opens at 10:30. Characters you can see are Minnie, Pluto, and one more (maybe Daisy?). It is supposed to be a surprise but the CM told us if we love Pluto to maybe come back around 11:10. So we made it back to see him a little after that time. Pictures were free to download (no genie needed). We had no wait to see the character.

Pre-pandemic, Pluto was probably the most commonly seen character for that spot followed by Minnie. Daisy and Stitch tend to be on separate days making them harder to meet.
