I've been watching the offers for a few months now, the last I saw came out in June with resort offers for December. I was anticipating a similar offer in July for January, but haven't gotten a mailer.
Did I miss it? I tried to look on the website to see if any January resort offers were available, but didn't see anything....

I'm planning a trip for myself and my three sisters for January to celebrate oldest sisters' 50th and youngest sister's 40th birthdays. We are hoping to stay at AoA, and were hoping for a discount like they've offered in the past.

Discounted packages and room-only rates for Jan. 2016 were announced in late Sept. 2015. I think that you will probably be waiting several weeks before we see any news for the dates you're interested in booking.

Thanks, Marionette! I was hoping it had to do with the "new calendar year" offers and might be coming a little later. I don't mind waiting, just didn't want to miss an offer.
