Does anyone have this card ? Do the reward points amount to much? I am about to start a new job and need to puchase gas with a card and then the company will reimburse me for the gas. This could put a few extra disney dollars in my pocket. I am going to look at Bank One's sight and see what I can Find out there. A little first hand experience from someone would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

I have the Disney card and it works great. We charge everything we can on it to max out on the savings. This is only 1% of your charges so it's not that much if you are only doing it for gas. What I would do is apply and use it for Disney Visa discounts on resorts and packages. But then get the AAA Visa for your gas purchases. You get 5% back on this card with your fuel purchases in the form of certificates good in their store (luggage and other travel items, plus guidebooks and you can apply it to your AAA membership). I just turned in 3 $50 certs. for a full size suitcase I felt I'd need for our trip in June. Or just use a card that has better rewards with Airline miles. All that to say this, the Disney card is good if you can max it out, otherwise find something with a better refund and just have the Disney card to get member benefits.

We got the Disney Visa when it first came out. I charge as much as I can it (making sure I have the money to pay for it when the bill comes). Everything from our trip, to home improvement supplies, sports equipment for the kids, groceries, etc. The rewards add up over time. We have accumulated enough rewards points so far so that our Hoop-de-doo Revue dinner (for 4), the rental of some Mickey Boats and bikes at the resort will all be free!!!! I figure if you are going to be spending the money anyway, you might as well get something back!

I go on at least one business trip a month and always charge it to the Disney Card. Since my company does not make credit awards return to them (some companies require that any award points be returned to the company) I've made out handsomely. We've saved enough for a dinner for 2 at the California Grill (no small feat as it is VERY pricey)! I like the AAA card idea for gas, though, and may look into it. Thanks for all the postings!

I would say go for it. Your going to be paying it off might as well earn a few dollars--actually with gad prices you will earn quite a few of them--and then have a nice lunch for free on your nect trip,or whatever you like at Disney.
We charged lots for our trip. I charged things for my mil and bil/sil. They sent me the check and I paid my balance and we now have $140--enough for one visit to CM or another meal like that.

The rewards are equal to 1% of what you charge. So you get $1 for evey $100 you charge. If you do as others have stated and charge all your day to day purchases the rewards can build up pretty fast.
