Disney Visa: Do you have to use it to pay balance or just to book the room?

Does anyone know if you need to use the disney visa to pay for the balance at check-in or is it just required that you use the disney visa to pay for the deposit?

Was told today that you need to put one night deposit on Disney Visa...any other card can be used to pay off balance due.
