Disney Visa discount question- for friend?

If I have a Disney Visa, and wanted to book a room for a friend with the 40% discount under their name,is that allowed? wondering....TIA!!!

Yes, this is allowed but both the deposit and final payment have to be made on the Disney Visa. When we went last month I booked my room and my parents both with my Disney Visa.

Correct, the Visa Discount can only be booked over the phone.
