The Disney Visa deal is just a one day head start on the Friends & Family sale.

The DISNEYPAL code will be good from 2/14 - 2/18 whether you have a DV or not.
The free shipping portion may only be for cardholders though.



Editing to add:

SHIPTODAY is good for free shipping on orders over $75 for everyone, that code should stack with DISNEYPAL, so I'm back to this is just a one day head start for Disney Visa cardholders.
