Disney Visa 0% Interest and Good Neighbor Hotels

If we purchase a package for a Good Neighbor Hotel through disneyland.com can we get the 6 months Disney Visa interest free financing or is it only available for the official DL hotels?

Yes, Good Neighbor hotels qualify! We book through Costco Travel each year (Costco uses WTC) and stay at a good neighbor hotel but still receive the 0% financing.
