Disney Virgin Holiday - Day 3 - Blizzard Beach

We thought that it would be a good idea if we cooled off at a water park today before we started any of the other parks. Blizzard Beach is amazing - best waterpark I have ever seen and the rides are excellent - even the one for the kids.

The family raft was quite fast actually and the toboggon rides went down so fast I almost came off and couldn't stop at the other end!!!!

The kids spent most of the day in the kids area and after we got something to eat we went back home. I didn't get to go on any of the big rides because I couldn't be bothered to queue up on my own so it's just something to go back for. (which I've booked again today for 2008!!)

Anyway, that night we went back to MK to see the Spectro Magic Parade and Wishes which both were amazing - when Tinkerbell came out of the castle the kids almost started crying

By the time that was finished we were comepletely spent - so we got a Chinese Takeway (enought for 3 days!!!) and then wnet home to bed.

We loved the family raft ride at BB so much more than the one at TL. Sounds like a great first trip.
