Disney Violated Passholder Agreement

When I signed up to become an Annual Passholder, nowhere did it mention a park reservation that FAILS to allow appropriate access to at least one park. There is literally full availability for tickets but not annual passholders.I know Disney put out a statement saying "buy a ticket and we can apply that value" Disney is going against the terms I agreed to as an Annual Passholder.

I'm not that worked up about it. These are unprecedented awful times.
There is a worldwide pandemic claiming lives at an alarming pace.
Going into any theme park is pretty low on my list of priorities.
We need a lot of grace and compassion right now. Not rage and nitpicking legalities about a theme park ticket, but hey....that's my opinion and we all get one of those. We all have different levels of expectations and privilege.

In the terms it says the pass doesn’t guarantee entry. You agree to those when you buy.

If someone with an AP wants in on a day when the AP allotment is gone they are advised to buy a day ticket and they will apply it to the RENEWAL?

I can type up a terms and agreement, but that doesn't mean I would not be subjected to legal challenges. I think this is what will be laid out over the next several weeks/months.
