Disney Vacation Club - What is the most we will accept from management?

I am sure I am not the only one, however, I have attempted from time to time to call MS this week. The good news is I never received a busy signal as in week's pass. The bad news is once in, I eventually get the fast busy signal.
We have heard this week of changing phone systems, lack of the MS staff, etc.
I do not expect "priviledge" service from this Disney product which I love. At this point, I feel I have a better chance of a Las Vegas jackpot than getting in to one of the wonderful Cast Members that make up Member Services.
I am comforatable in using the CHAT feature. In the past, this group does have their limitations on what services they can perform. Now, it is rare that you can access this method of communication also.
Disney is a monopoly if you want the Disney product. I am truly a realist as it realtes to the lack of motativation at this time of the DVC management to change this behavior. Just my thoughts and I welcome yours
 
I am frustrated that some of the things that are causing the longer than normal wait times could have been handled differently to limit the people who have to call in,

Ticket deal, AP renewals, and fixing the borrowing issue that is plaguing some owners, Just those things alone would solve, IMO, 80% of the longer than acceptable wait times for the phones,

Personally, have not experienced the website issues others have but it boggles my mind that if it can work great for some, it should work great for all.

My only solution is to continue to reach out as many times as I can when I experience an issue. I am currently waiting on an answer to how the credit we received in 2020 impacted the fee paid to DVCMC since it is a straight fee of operating expenses.

Legally, we have little remedy and it saddens me that things are actually worse now than they were during the closure.
