This is a new area a fluked upon when trying to reply to a thread. But cant find it anywhere else. Also it says I dont have enough privilege's to reply to?

Hmmm. I can't access it directly, either. My feeling is it may be a board test skin that is not in use that is somehow activated for some users with different permissions. It likely is from some old board updates. I've sent a PM to WebmasterCorey to check into it.

Forums can be hidden from view, here's another example: The DIS podcast forum isn't showing in the forum list.

But I agree with @Chuck S's take.

The link works but many of us can’t duplicate finding it without the link, including both Chuck and I. Webmaster Corey is looking into it.
