Disney Vacation Account still sending me $20 bonuses, sort of

Just thought I would post. I have had nothing but success with my DVA, even though reading others bad experiences. So as of now I will continue to use it.

One thing though that they did was that they have sent me three $20 bonuses, when in fact I was only eligible for two.

But the other week, they sent me another email stating my next bonus was on the way. Really? And sure enough I got another in the mail. So I opened this one up, looked normal and all, but it wasn't. There was no pin number on it.

There was the account number, but no pin number at all. I mean, I was not mad, or anything because I knew I wasn't entitled to it, but I was puzzled about it. Why would Disney even mail out a gift card that a person is not entitled to, and/or is not valid? So weird.

Because Disney's IT system is awful? Doesn't surprise me at all. I think I have been on the receiving end of all of Disney's IT "glitches"

I've heard of them auto sending the bonuses nothing about getting an extra one. I have heard that not having a PIN number is by design. You can spend in the parks but not online.

Did you have any cancellations that refunded to the account? I'm under the impression they don't track purchases very well.

That's it. I cancelled a couple of reservations and they are just not tracking that I guess. Absurd.
