Disney Vacation Account saying I do not have account!!!!

So not sure where to post this but thought this forum might be best.

I have had a DVA since it started. Recently I had to change my Disney Account password-you know the one for all Disney accounts-which I admit I never changed since day one back in 2007 :-(. Now when I go to login on DVA it says I have a Disney account but not a DVA. I will call tomorrow when I find my account number but currently am at work. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Similar problem about a week ago, where my disney movie rewards account disappeared. I had also recently changed my password and it wouldn't take it. Tried to do a password reset and it wouldn't take my email address either, said I didn't exist. Kept trying for a few days and couldn't get in. I emailed them and a few days later they sent me a link to resent the pw again and it finally worked.
