I bought my son a toy at WDW the day we left. I gave it to him today and it immediately broke. I would like to get it replaced/refund. Any suggestions? I live a long ways from WDW.
Go to disney website and there is a place that says merchandise click on that and send them e-mail.You will need to tell them what it is and where you bought the toy.It will also be helpful if you have the SKU number
or...based on other posts by OP, one of the toy isn't enough (ie. one complimentary pic of Mickey left in her room) since she has twins and calling to say it's broken is a way to get a second one
