I know that on our cruise we will have an opportunity to book our next cruise, but are there representatives who may also inform us about the Disney Timeshare options?

The Disney Timeshare is the Disney Vaction Club (DVC). On Disney Cruises they give a presentation - just look at the Navigator(a daily listing of all things going on aboard that is put in your stateroom each night or ask for a copy at Guest Services). Due to a variety of laws regulating sales of timeshares, they are not allowed to sell unless they are outside the boundaries of a foreign country (this something like 12 nautical miles off shore), so if you are on a short cruise and are interested, make sure you talk to the DVC Representative (they are called Guides). They have a podium on the Magic and Wonder on Deck 4 Near Mid-ship.
For more specific questions, check out the DVC Forums
Make sure to go to the presentation if you can. On our cruise they had a drawing for a $100 onboard credit and we won! And we really found the information useful.
And do check out our DVC boards as PP mentioned. You can really learn quite a bit there so you can go in with specific questions and lots of information.
If you are interested, I also suggest reading up on the DVC threads here before sailing. It will give you so much information and owner perspective, rather than the sales pitch from a DVC guide.
