Disney Themed Engagement Rings?

Hey Guys, I have been researching this for awhile with no luck, so maybe someone can help...

My girlfriend and I are massive Disney junkies, and when I finally decide to propose to her, I need a Disney themed ring. I was hoping to somehow find a nice quality one but I seem to be out of luck finding any sort of ring resembling Mickey at all. Was lookin' for something w/ perhaps a hidden mickey in it, or anything at all....someone help point me in the right direction!

I don't know of anything you can buy from disney, but you could always see a jeweler and have them create what you want- from a hidden mickey setting to engraved disney sayings inside the ring.

I agree, I don't think there is any ring out there that you can purchase. I tried finding a Disney wedding ring set for DF and I with no luck what so ever. I don't know why Disney doesn't do this but I would suggest like above having one created for you.

The only place I have been able to find them is on the tokyo Disney website in their store...the site is all in Japanese though so good luck! I have been looking everywhere for a year with no luck - you'd think some jeweler out there would do a disney specific line!!!

My husband and I are also Disney junkies. He had my engagement ring custom made by a jeweler. The ears are sapphires just because we liked how it looked and we thought all diamonds might make the Mickey not stand out as much.

Just an FYI on the Disney Tokyo rings. I found those while I was doing my search and I actually called the DFTW over there directly to ask and they said they are only for purchase for Tokyo Disney brides.

There's the idea DH and I did, but you'd need to include a trip to WDW. Also, my engagement ring is a pearl (which is my birthstone) flanked by diamonds. We went to the pick-a-pearl booth by BCV, our favorite resort. He picked the oyster, I picked the setting. No one knows it's Disney but us-

Oh, and then we went to Beaches and Cream and had a Kitchen Sink to celebrate!

That is Lisa. She was married last October or November on DCL. Hopefully she will come on here and you can see a photo of her ring. If I can find it I will see if I can pass it on to you. It is not an "official" hidden Mickey but it looks great.

Now...Being I'm 100% new to the jewelry business and the art of buying jewelry for a loved one...would anyone have a slight idea how much a generic jeweler would charge for a 3 stoned ring, much like the mickey one? Basically, its the message that means more than the actual diamonds and such, so the ring doesnt have to be over the top expensive, thankfully Just wondering how much the customization of having three "stones" in the form of a mickey might run me...

Don't get a cheap poor quality diamond just b/c its the message that counts. The diamond doesn't have to be big but just make it a good quality one.

Agreed. Get nicer quality diamonds and just make a smaller Mickey, if required. You don't want to be able to see any imperfections to the naked eye. It should be pretty!

I would read up on the four C's of diamonds before making a purchase. BlueNile.com has a nice explanation, and you can even buy loose diamonds there, so you can get a feel for pricing. A lot of brides on these boards have gotten their rings from this site and love the quality.
