Disney themed 1st B-day party for DS?

We will be celebrating DS's 1st birthday in WDW but we are having a party for family at home on his birthday the week before we leave. I would like to have a Disney theme party since he shows no interest in any characters yet.
I was hoping to find a Disney baby theme but I can't seem to find one. I think having plates with just Mickey on them is boring when Disney has so much.
I would like to do 3 centerpieces, the castle, Epcot Ball & The big hat from the studios since those are the parks we will be visiting. I Haven't figured out how I'm making them yet, I was thinking styrofoam but that's as far as I've gotten.

Please help me with creative plates & napkin ideas.

For my DS's 1st birthday, I used the "Mickey's Gang" theme. You can see it HERE I did't order it from that website...I found it at a local party store. I loved it. It was bright and colorful and had all more than just Mickey Mouse. I didn't want anything pastel or baby, so this was perfect even though it wasn't specifically for a 1st birthday.
