Disney Summer Undergraduate Intenship

Hello all! I'm new here, but I have a question I haven't been able to really find answers to. I was wondering if anyone has done the Disney Summer Undergrad Internship? I would love to intern with Disney and before I apply I'd like to find out as much as possible from anyone who's applied or done the internship before. I'd also love to know how competitive and a general timeline for the application process if possible. Thanks!

Hi! Just curious - where did you see SUMMER Disney internships? I was under the impression that both the college program and Professional Internships were done during the school year. Spring programs (Jan-May) are open to extensions through August, if applicable. Is that what you mean by Summer internships? My son would've loved to apply for a summer program, but has come to the conclusion that if he wants to intern with Disney, he has to put his engineering path "on hold" for a year at his college.

Nope, they have summer internships too! They're not the college program or professional internships- I applied to that and got in but ended up declining the offer since I didn't want to get behind in school.

I believe that the positions that are being referenced here are the opportunities outside of the Parks and Resorts Segment.

Yes, the internship is in Disney Studios, not the parks or resorts.
