DIsney Studios what to see for preschoolers?

We leave in less than a week we are scheduled to hit DHS on Weds with a lunch at H&V (LIttles Einsteins are a must). What else is a must?
We are hoping to have a down morning on our trip where we can start a little later and see a little less. Would this be the day and the park to do that?

my preschoolers are 2 and 4.

Any info on must dos would be appreciated?

I also have 2 and 4 yr olds (girls). The must do's for us are:

Toy Story Mania (they both enjoy it)
Little Mermaid
Beauty and the Beast
Parade (blanking on the name right now)
My 4 yr old also enjpys Star Tours

We also do child swap on ToT and RnR

We haven't done the Honey I shrunk... playset but have heard its fun for the kids
