Add me to the list of people so frustrated at their website. I lost my order twice ...was on hold for 27 min the first time and 19 minutes the 2nd time. Ended up with multiples of everything since it added them to my cart but wouldn't let me see it...had problems picking the state I lived in upon checkout, etc.
Yes, I got charged $5 shipping for the $15 make-up bag

but I figured they just didn't include that in the free shipping. I didn't argue it.

I don't think mine accepted that $5.00 credit, but the thing was so wacky while I was trying to order I gave up trying to figure it out! I shopped on Thanksgiving day and you didn't need to order a park item for the free shipping for $75. I had the same issues with things not going into the cart, then POOF! 3 Dooney bags..then when I tried to enter the code for the $15 Dooney bag it said I didn't qualify, even though the wristlet I'd picked out had the note at the bottom saying it did,..but then I read a review on the one I'd picked and the reviews said the snap would pop open and your stuff would fall out, so I changed my choice and then the cosmetic bag got added without me doing anything. Yes..I had the shipping taken off, but not all of it, so I guess that was the additional charge to ship the TINY cosmetic case...still it was a good deal with all the discounts..and the increaced cash back at SR (if it works..the whole thing was so messed up I wonder if it will register as an SR purchase..and then my CC cash back..nice deal.
