Can you use Disney store gift cards in the parks, on the cruise line?

There are 2 types of Disney Store Giftcards One is only good for online store. The other is good across US Disney Properties including DCL. If you are buying at Disney store you should get kind that is good on US Disney properties. If you are buying online be sure you are buying correct ones.

Ok let my clarify. It was a merchandise credit from the store in the form of a gift card. I was told I could use it for online purchases on disneystore.com. So could this gift card be used onboard the fantasy?

Doesn't sound like it. Sounds like it's only good on DS.com
