Disney stock - did you receive your tax form for 2021?

For the past 6 years I have received a tax form on dividends. Very small amount, but still needed to be claimed on income taxes.

I cannot locate one for this year. Did anyone get one? Would anyone know who or a phone number I need to contact to ask for another tax form to be mailed or e-mailed to me?

Then I researched it and found out, crap, no dividend. So, no 81-cents to report, LOL

I don't know but given the pandemic, the parks being closed for a year, the cruise line being shutdown, my guess is not before 2023, or maybe even 2024.

I got lucky. Bought 10 shares decades ago at $110 a share. Lost how many times it split, but I was getting $120 dividend checks, almost enough to buy a park admisssion, LOL.
