Is it necessary to make ADR's for the restaurants @ Disney Springs????

depends on when you want to go, and how busy they might be.

Some of them (Morimoto Asia, Raglan Road, I think the Boathouse) are available on Open Table. I would use that rather than Disney ADRS...they do ask that you cancel reservations you won't be using but there are no cancellation penalties.

Depends on the size of your party, tge restaurant and when you are going. You may be able to get a walk up table without much of a wait at some places during off hours if its only for 2 people. Or you could have a very lengthy wait.

Agree with Marlena. Be on the safe said and make an ADR using open table so there won't be a penalty. Also FYI we've been able to grab last minute reservations at Raglan Road so you don't have to plan it months in advance.
