Disney Springs Water Feature

Does anyone know if the little Water jets that shoot from the ground (over in Marketplace by the old bus stops) are still open? My kids love running through them and getting soaked, it's a bit of a family tradition that stems back several decades from when I was a child. On our trip last year they were covered over with a dance floor for a DJ night and my girls were so disappointed (okay, I was too )

We asked a few CMs and their responses ranged from "it's covered over permanently" to "it's just a one night thing and the water feature usually runs".

Anyone been recently and seen them? We are heading back in March and wondering what to expect.

They have other "spray ground jets" at Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MK, too.
