Disney Springs hotel - making FP for 5+

I booked B hotel through mousesavers for 5 & when I put my confirmation # in MDE, it comes up as 2 adults & 2 children. B hotel has me as 5 and said WDW error. I called WDW and they said any of the DS hotels will only show in MDE as a max of 4 but I won't have an issue making Fps for the 5. I'm a little skeptical, has anyone had a room for more than 4 where it only showed 4 but you could make Fps for 5+?

You won’t have a problem booking FPs for all 5 people. Any onsite person opens the 60-day FP booking window for everyone who is listed or linked to the MDX.
