Disney Springs hotel - can’t link to app

This will be my first time back to the parks in many years and also the first time linking a hotel for purposes of getting a fast pass. My Best Western Disney Springs reservation is January 2020. For whatever reason, I received two confirmation numbers. One is from the national reservation system and the other is from the hotel itself. I’ve tried to link them both (reserved more than a month ago) to my Disney account without success. The customer service people put in an IT ticket, but said it probably wouldn’t resolve until late 2019. Any insights/experience with this?
 
I’ll move this to the Orlando Hotels and Attractions board, where the Disney Springs hotels are discussed. Hopefully someone there can help you out. :thumbsup2
 
Id call Disney CS even though it's a DS hotel. They are best equipped to help with the linking ASSUMING BW gave you a valid number. But again a Disney CSM can tell you if you need to chase BW down for a new number or not.

The 60-day FP+ deal is currently only in place until 12/31/2019. That's probably why you can't add it. You'll have to wait until if/when they officially extend the promotion.

I had to call Disney to link my reservation at the Double Tree. They used the wrong last name so I guess thats why it wasnt working. I had to change the dates of my trip and had to change hotel to the B Resort. Again I wasnt able to link it until I called Disney to do it for me.

The name probably would have to match. Is your booking in 2019 or 2020?

I'm having the same issue. I had zero problems linking a different stay , also in Nov 2019 (I have 2), but the second one won't link. It's been 3 days. I guess I will have to call tomorrow.
 
Just an update: I did call and they have a ticket out for me as I am still unable to link the reservation. I'm not sure worried at the moment since it's in the fall, but I want it done now so no worries. Anyway, they said they work the tickets in order of arrival date, not necessarily when they received the ticket so if I don't see any progress in the next few days, I will try having BW resend the reservation to Disney.
