Do any Disney Springs resorts offer free breakfast?

If you're referring to the seven hotels right next to Disney Springs, the answer is no. None of those hotels offer free breakfast to all guests.

The closet hotel with free breakfast for all would probably be two of the hotels in the Marriott Village off of Vineland Ave. Both the SpringHill Suites and Fairfield Inn there include breakfast. (The Courtyard does not.)

There's also the Fairfield Inn and Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista at 12191 South Apopka Vineland Road (aka SR 535). That's probably about the same distance from Disney Springs.

Drury Inn bought the Best Western and are adding a tower, so there is hope for the future if they rebrand it and keep the usual Drury Inn features, which include free breakfast and a free evening "kickback" buffet and drinks.

Some rates at Doubletree include a continental breakfast, Hilton Honors has tiers that get lounge continental stuff and you might pick up on some other special rates. Overall no hotel there includes breakfast. Yes, Drury does as a brand but it wouldn't surprise me if this hotel ends up a new tier of Drury where there are parking fees, resort fees and no free breakfast.
