Disney Springs construction and Speedway station

I was going to attempt to walk to the Speedway store/gas station across to Disney Springs West Side. Is it still possible to get there or is the construction making that difficult right now? Thank you!

Anyway, from what we saw last week if I remember correctly the gas station is kinda "between" the 2 walkway bridges. You can indeed walk there-its just a bit of a hike. You can walk out from the AMC/Garage exit over the new walkway, then its kinda through some back parking lots (not a direct sidewalk) and winds its way there. I also noticed a D Springs shuttle back there, so I think you can take a shuttle pretty close to the gas station.

I want to pick up some snacky items and beer. People have done it for years while at WDW. Thank you for the info!

So you take a bus from your resort to D Springs, walk and get snacks/beer etc then take back on the bus.

That is what I want to try. I have never done it before. We will be at WDW for 11 nights (woot!) and attempting to save a little $$ whereever I can.

Maybe check into that shuttle, it appeared complimentary and stops very close to the gas station.

Does anyone have updated information about the Speedway convenience store? How to walk there from Disney Springs, and what types of food are available there? TIA!!

It's easy to get there. All the construction between Disney Springs and the Speedway is done.

And as far as what's there, it's just a typical Speedway gas station. So same stuff you'll find at a 7-11. Hot dogs, sandwiches.
