Disney Springs Boat Transportation from POFQ

I'm not sure if this is exactly the right place for this, but what time does the boat start running between POFQ and DS? We are planning to visit on our departure day and my flight just got moved up by 3 hours meaning I need to either cancel or move up my Boathouse brunch reservation. I am trying to figure out when the boat starts running and if it is even worth it now to try and do DS that day.

Thank you. That is what I thought (and feared). Our flight got moved from 7pm to 4pm which means Sunshine Flyer will be picking us up around 1pm from POFQ and the only brunch time that really makes sense is 10am so that we aren't super rushed. Looks like I'm likely going to have to just cancel it.

(I realize I could Uber there or take the bus, but if I have to go through all that trouble, I'd just as soon hang around the resort and not feel stressed about missing our transport.)
