Disney Spring crowds Easter weekend

I’m getting nervous about Disney Springs hitting capacity or just being unpleasantly crowded.
Was originally going to go Friday before Easter (arrival day) but I hear Friday and Saturday are the worst there so would Easter Sunday be better?
I want to eat at the Boathouse.
Was planning to take bus so we didn’t have to worry about parking lot hitting capacity but I hear they’re not running buses after 4pm from resorts.
Is this true???

I could also move our dinners around so Beaches and Cream for arrival day Friday (if we can get it) Sanaa Easter Sunday and then Boathouse Wednesday when DS should hopefully be quieter...

It tends to be more crowded on the weekends and I'm guessing Easter weekend will also be crowded.
Get a dining reservation and hope Disney Springs is not at capacity.

No. You'll be able to cancel without penalty.

I think I’m going to reshuffle our plans so we avoid DS all of Easter weekend and maybe go mid week after Easter....

To answer this question, yes they are running buses from resorts until DS closes at night (and buses to resorts until some time after DS closes at night).

What they are not running is buses from parks to DS after 4 pm - they used to do that, but as far as I know have not started back since COVID-19. And of course there haven't been buses from DS to parks for a number of years.
