disney site can't find my adrs. Should I be worried???

Is something wrong with online reservations page? I am trying to look up my adrs for my upcoming trip and I keep getting a message saying I do not have any reservations. Even if I put in the confirmation numbers it can not find it. It is too late to call now. Just wondering if anyone has had similar trouble recently or in the past. I am a little worried.

I was having that same problem a couple of days ago, but when I called Disney they had them all. It was weird, but now when I put them in they all pop up. I think it's just the system. I wouldn't be to concerned about it yet.

I've been reading that many people are having the same problem as you are. So I looked up our ADRs and they too couldn't be found on the Disney site. So I called and sure enough they were in the system. If it will set your mind at ease go ahead and call and confirm them or you can just sit tight and believe in Disney magic and it will all work out!

Way back in October I had the same problem and they just recently appeared in full. I did call when it had been a couple of weeks and still no ressies and the person I talked to said it was a glitch in the new system and if I had confirmed ressies, they were in cement and would be there. So, I think you're in the clear, but as a pp said, I would call in the am just to put your mind at ease.

There is a 50 page thread about this..under dining reservations, when disney did their upgrade some or all of many adrs were missing online. Mine had 3 missing, but all have returned. They were all on the system when I called. This has been going on for quite a few weeks. I would not worry, but you can call to see if yours are still in the system.

On the right hand side of the Disney Dining page there is something you can click on that will allow you to put in your ADRs that are not showing up. You just need your Confirmation # and the phone number that they are under. This is happening to me too, the only ones I can see are the ones I made online, however all of the ones I called for are not showing up but when I go to this section and put in the Conf # and phone number, there was no problems, they all showed up....FYI, the only one that did not retrieve was Via Napoli (and I did this online), it is showing that I have an ADR but if I want to view it, it won't let me, it says it is not there...and I know that other DISers are having the same problem with their Via Napoli ADRs
