Disney shirts from Zazzler--women's sizes very small

I ordered Design-Your-Own t-shirts for everyone in our party--one man's, one child's and one woman's. The woman's large must be a child's shirt--it is tiny. I went back and looked and sure enough, it says they run 1-2 sizes small. It's actually much smaller than that. I looked at the sizing chart and it says my shirt should be 17" arm pit to arm pit but it is 16" and has never been washed/dried. I normally wear a ladies medium so I measured one of my favorite t shirts. It measured 20".

Now I'm going to have to go back and order a man's shirt. I don't think any of their women's shirts will fit a medium sized woman.

Just giving you a warning in case you order the women's shirts. They did turn out well and I was happy with the quality of the printing.

I would agree.
I loved the printing and the shirts in general

but the sizing is crazy.
I ordered women's small for my DD and I'm sure the child's medium is bigger!
I think it will be ok but not exactly what I wanted. That being said, I had no time to change it!
My large is very small too but I'm just going to wear it tight !

Bwahaha! That reminds me of a shirt I ordered from Zazzle. It was a design I made up on the computer for a dog agility competition. My shirt was SKIN tight! I even ordered it one size bigger than usual ( I ordered an XXL). It was hideous. I ended up giving it to my friend who usually wears a size MEDIUM. We gave the medium to someone who wears an XS and we returned the one small shirt we got. The sizes are insane. I will only order men's styles from them now. Or I make my own shirts with blank shirts from jiffyshirts.com. Their ladies tees run true to size. What a concept!

Seems to be the way women's shirts are going everywhere. Skinny fit and LONG. I have a very hard time finding t-shirts that fit me, and I'm pretty small (5'2", 128lbs). I wear a Large t-shirt. There has to be something wrong with that...it makes me feel fat, but I don't think I am at all.
