Disney Settles Fort Wilderness Bus Accident Lawsuit

Two news sources, have posted stories reporting that Disney has settled the lawsuit brought by the family of the 10 year old boy who was killed when the bike he was riding was run over by a Disney bus.

As is normal for a settlement of this type, the financial terms were not publicly disclosed.

i doubt either will ever be able to.

As i recall, it wasn't the driver's fault, but i don't think that helps all that much.

i suppose it depends on the person, but it's very very difficult to get over something like that.
