Disney said "No thank you" to our resale contract!!!!

WOOOHOO. WE are now the proud owner's of 300 OKW points we got at $72/pp. Only have to pay half of this years maint. AND it comes with 150 BANKED points!!! So when we close, we will have 450 points for this year!!! I am so excited. I was getting a little nervous with all the posts of Disney buying back contracts...we were spared the ax!!!

We just heard that Disney passed on our contract, too! We also got OKW (270 points) but for much less, and that included banked points! We've been considering DVC for two years and finally did it! I can't wait to start planning our first trip!
