Disney $'s

I'm going to WDW in October and I was wondering if I should get Disney dollers or not. I was wondering if you guys could help? Has anyone used/had them? My main question is should I get them?

If anyone could help, that would be great.

They are basically the same thing as money, except you can only use them at disney. I think you should just bc they are fun and have the characters on them n stuffs

Only down side: If you don't use them all you have to wait till you come to disney the next time to spend them

I love them, especially the YOAMD ones. The only thing is, it makes me not want to spend them because they are so cute/pretty! I guess that could be a good thing though

I thought that you could also use them at the Disney Store if you didn't use them all at Disney but I don't know.

when i was younger i used disney dollars. my parents gave me and my brother and sister an allowance every morning before we went to the parks so we could buy what we wanted and we knew the importance of a budget. now that i'm older my parents trust me enough to have my room key be my charge card. it's pretty fun charging for stuff.

Next time we go I am will be using disney dollars, or charge it to the room. whichever one seems better at the time.

I would say get them, I like using them a lot in disney. When i use them some of the people who work there never really see them and when I pay with them they saw cool disney dollars and ask where can they get some. Plus I like all of the different disney stuff you can have on them.

I've personally never used them. They always seemed like the biggest waste of time to me. The characters on them do nothing for me because I don't carry my money out infront of my face as I'm walking around. However, if you don't trust yourself to not spend any money that you've set aside for your trip before you leave, then it's a good idea for you because you can't just go to the mall and spend them.
