So, we've got the trip booked, a house rented in Kissimmee (our family, my dad & his wife, her daughter and family, and my brother and his family), and the car(s) booked.

This is my first time to the parks since '89, and it's been a lot longer for everyone else. So, a few questions.

What is the basic temperature going to be like? 60s? 70s?
What are some good non-Disney restaurants in the area? We'll be doing most of the eating at the house, courtesy of Publix and whatnot, but if anyone knows a good, family-style NON CHAIN PREFERRED restaurant in the area, suggestions are welcome; BBQ is a favorite for all but one (my silly brother is a vegetarian)
The biggie: Anyone with any tips for scoring discount part tickets? No timeshares, no hardsell, but with 12-15 of us hitting at least one park en masse, I'd like to know that we'd be able to get a deal of some kind.

Thanks in advance~
